Les Twins are virtually inimitable as far as dance acts are concerned – identical twins, both incredibly talented, taking on the world together. The routine they performed at the annual dance competition, World of Dance, in 2014, not only netted them two awards, according to their Facebook page, but it also propelled them toward worldwide stardom, with 19 million views on the YouTube video below – and counting.
Laurent and Larry Bourgeois, from Paris, France, have been dancing since they were little. "If I went a whole day without dancing, I'd start to get sick. I've gotta keep moving," Laurent tells G-SHOCK. "Life is dance." While the two feel similarly about dance as a lifestyle, they do have somewhat different styles, as can be seen in the video below. Both do, however, practice "glitching," an eye-popping form of dancing reminiscent of a computer bug in a video. Some of their moves look completely unreal.
Like many professional dancers, Les Twins travel around the world to both teach and perform on a regular basis, and have done both modeling for fashion brands and dancing for high-profile events, ranging from Beyoncé to the Cirque du Soleil's Michael Jackson Immortal Tour. They don't look like they're slowing down anytime soon, either.
